the phone ringing

a voice on the other end : “ola”

the agent : “ma’am good morning, am i speaking to “Maria Luis”

the voice on the other end : “si.. si”

the agent : “ma’am, i’m calling from the credit card company.. your bill due of $125.

the voice on the other : long pause

the agent : “ma’am, you there?”

the voice on the other end : “no    e n g l a i s h”

the agent : “hello, ma’am, your bill is due”

and the line went dead
